major problem with keys but otherwise good
Publié le 16 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayClean, quiet flat with a nice pool and convenient location but the key pick up required an extra 50+ minute drive each to collect and return. The key to the building didn’t work for the whole week so I had to access my apartment via the car park.
The service otherwise was good (I had a repair done to an interior door while I was there) but I wouldn’t have booked if I’d known about the key pick up. I was stranded outside on arrival late at night and only got in via the car park with the help of a stranger - it was a total nightmare. The emergency number was not effective as I waited 45 minutes and no one phoned back.
