We arrived at this hotel at 8:36 PM. To be told the hot tub and pool closed at each 30 p.m. when the signs clearly indicated the pool was to be open till 10 as well as the hot tub. When checking in hubby noticed several younger family members of what we presume was the person working at the front desk his family. When checking out the following morning we inquired with the person at the front desk as to why the pool was closed at 8:30 when the signs on the door stated 10 PM? He replied it was not closed. It was open till 10 PM. We informed him that it was not we were told it was closed question. When we inquired if we should inform corporate, he said no he would make sure that we were reimbursed for part of our stay. We shall see if that happens. Would I return to this facility? No, not after such pathetic service. As well was cereal only or cup of yoghurt or a small sandwich no toast to go with The cereal. Chairs had not even been taken down from the tables. We went for breakfast at 8 o’clock. Everything was still folded up as if they were not ready for business.

My kids and I weren't allowed to get into the pool.

The "Hot" tub was luke warm at best. The Television in the room comes on, but there was no service. There were no "pool" towels.

Room was supposed to be accessible. The shower was a joke had no mount for the shower head. We were supposed to be in a non-smoking room, but the entire hotel smelled like smoke. Advertised breakfast, but all they had to offer was cold cereal.
