Dear guest, We regret that your stay did not meet your expectations, but it is important to clarify several points from your review that do not reflect the reality of our hotel or your booking: 1. **Bed configuration**: When you made your reservation, it was clearly stated that the room features two beds that can be joined together to form a double bed. If your preference was for a king-size bed, a more suitable option would have been to book a superior room, which we also offer. We strive to provide options to suit all preferences and needs, but we follow the configuration selected by the guest. 2. **Sheets and bedding**: Our sheets are properly sized for our beds, which follow standard hotel specifications. In any case, we are always available to resolve any issues during your stay, and we regret that you did not inform us at the time so we could have addressed it immediately. 3. **Reception service**: Our reception staff is available at all times, though occasionally, for operational reasons, the team may be attending to other areas of the hotel. However, we are always eager to assist guests, and we apologize if this caused any confusion in your case. 4. **Breakfast**: We take pride in offering a very complete breakfast for a 3-star hotel, including fresh orange juice, hot dishes made to order, seasonal fruits, yogurts, artisanal pastries, and even a fresh honeycomb. Considering the price of 100, we believe we provide excellent value for money, as highlighted by many other guests. We are not a luxury hotel like the Ritz, but we also do not charge Ritz prices. We take guest feedback very seriously, but it is also important for reviews to be fair and accurate. We are a family-run hotel, and we put a great deal of effort into offering a warm and pleasant experience, as evidenced by the numerous positive reviews we have received over the years.
