Super mais chambre très petite. Par contre, la chambre avait un frigo et four et super bien situé près des vignobles, lacs, cerises, etc.

It is a new guy running the bussines. He said that he is the brother of the owner. He is accusing us of damaging his coffee table and holding the damage deposit. This is the 3 rd year that we have been to this place, the furniture is old, more than 5 years. For this guy is only a money bussines , no people oriented. I am a nurse working hard for my money and I do not like when people take them for no reason.

Hello Loana, I spoke with the front desk and I was advised that you had additional unauthorized guests staying in the room beyond what we allow. The reason for maximum guests is level of cleaning and damage that can happen to a room. Our room are newly renovated and we review each room after clean up. There was damage to the desk that was noted.

Very disappointed in staff
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsMy husband and I were sitting at the pool and the old lady, who works or owns motel, was hassling some young families that were staying in the RV section of the motel next to the pool, saying there was a house/kid complaint. The lady was standing and staring at them, then went over and talked to the group of 10 or so adults and 10 or so kids. It was a 6th birthday. The lady was being very rude to the group. I was in disbelief at what I was witnessing so I went up to the lady myself and told her that there was no issues at all from the group, they were quiet and well behaved and I feel there was no complaint, the lady just didn’t like them and wanted them to leave. I told her she was being very rude and ruining the family birthday camping trip of these poor people. The lady was rude to the children, rude to the group and with that kind of employee or ownership, I have no tolerance for that and will never stay here again.

Tracy, it’s important to fully understand a situation before commenting online, especially when you may not have all the facts. There's a reason why properties ask how many people are staying and require notification of visitors—this helps ensure that facilities are available for paying guests. In this case, Maple Leaf Management was not informed of these visitors. No property allows non-registered guests to use their facilities for free, particularly when paying guests are waiting to use the pool. Maple Leaf management had a discussion with the guests and they completely understood. We welcome you back and can have a discussion as well.
