Great stay
Posted Apr. 6, 2024 on HomeAwayWe had a group of 15 from WV stay and we had a great time. I will let everyone know, there are stray dogs that are running around the area and even in coolers and closed boxes, they were able to get into our food on the front porch. So anything extra, I would put on the back porch. But other than that, we had a great time this week!

Posted Mar. 26, 2024 on HomeAwayOur stay was great! We loved the cabin and the location was very convenient for what we were there for!
The owner was quick to respond when we had questions. The place was pretty clean for the most part. The only “bad” thing was there was some muddy clothes left on the back deck, I assume from the previous people who stayed, that didn’t get picked up before we arrived. But we just moved them to the side, they didn’t bother us.
The beds were super comfortable!

We could not get the Keurig to work, and there was not an LP tank for the grill but they did bring us one. Overall the cabin was nice but could use a little extra cleaning.

Amazing Stay
Posted Nov. 12, 2023 on HomeAwayPerfect cabin that has everything you need. Just a short drive from the Windrock General Store. Owner was very tentative and nice. Has a new feel with still the homey cabin feel.

Great Cabin!
Posted Nov. 2, 2023 on HomeAwayThe cabin was beautiful! We had a few minor hiccups, but they were resolved quickly. The host reached out throughout our stay to check on us. I would recommend 4-Wheel Drive to get up the driveway if you have a trailer. We weren't able to sleep in the basement due to the cold temperature. It was an overall great cabin!

Great cabin in a great location

Amazing Cabin, Perfect Location!
Posted May 23, 2023 on HomeAwayWe absolutely LOVED this cabin. The location was perfect in relation to riding at Windrock. Once we parked the trucks and unloaded, we didn’t touch the trucks again until it was time to head home. If you have a loaded trailer, you will need 4 wheel drive on the driveway but we had no issues. The cabin was clean, provided everything we could need, and had amazing views. I got some gorgeous pictures off the deck. The host was also very responsive and great to deal with! We cooked 2 meals a day at the cabin (for 6 adults) and had basically everything we needed!
