Posted Dec. 21, 2022 on HotelsSol Natura is a wonderful small, friendly, comfortable and clean hotel set beside a beautiful garden ( flowers and birds), surrounding a covered courtyard lobby furnished with comfortable couches and tables amidst tall trees and flowers. The rooms, although small, had all the necessary amenities, and it is pleasant to sit in courtyard or garden if one wants more space for reading or playing board games. The free breakfast buffet is delicious and complete with servers eager to please. There is also a piano in the DR.
The staff,including the manager-who is fluent in English-,were exceptionally accommodating. This is a family owned and operated business. They care about their guests.

They did not have my room for first night, so upgrade to a nice room. However there was no hot water or wifi.
So went back tooriginally book room next two nights
The staff was amazing, helpful friendly

Posted May 14, 2022 on HotelsHighly highly recommend this amazing hotel. Cannot say enough good things. Beautiful hotel so tastefully designed with such lush greenery inside and outside. Very friendly staff, amazing breakfast spread. It is just minutes away from the town center and the railway station.

Please provide better quality towels. I have never seen that threadbare towel. Please replace used glassware with new ones. Please keep water supply at the lobby at least. There was nothing to drink at the hotel unless I buy it outside. no water, no tea.....

Has what I needed, hot shower, bed, breakfast! Hotel is pretty atrium, outside garden!
