My room smelled like a sewer leak. The solution from the front desk, a half used bottle of air-freshener. I doubt I’ll ever go back to Olney but if I do, I’ll be booking at the Best Western. It’s only 0.3mi down the road, and is worlds better than the Super8.

didn't like it at all. reserved a room for 1 king size bed standard and got a 2 bed queen when I arrived. entered in and found out that the bathroom door won't close all the way, bathtub leaks and it stinks. what's worse is once i settled in, the TV doesn't work. I paid for all amenities that come with it and find out this? asked why, and they said that the painters broke it and won't be fixed until Monday. this was Saturday. asked about a discount since they didn't tell me they don't have TV service right now and was told to aak the owner who wouldn't be here until late Sunday. I'm leaving early tomorrow, before he arrives. rather go to the one that has bed bugs than stay here again!!! or better yet, sleep in my car!!!

They need a little help with breakfast. It wasn't the best and wasn't really edible. We stayed during construction

Property under construction. Entire owner family sitting outside at entrance talking loudly. No staff in the morning

Smelled like a cigar lounge and paint fumes. Air didn’t work in room. Refrigerator broken and leaking on floor.

Disappointed

Computer was down on check-in. Bed spread looked like it had someone standing on it to work on the ceiling. Toilet didn't fill upon flush, Front desk notified and upon return to room toilet appeared to be working but running. Had to manually take the lid off to jiggle the float to get toilet to shut off. I had to perform this for my 4 day stay. Half the electrical plugs actually worked in the room. The end table lights did'n work.The TV remote was cracked and a piece of it missing, My stay required late nights and maid and hotel workers often heard in loud conversation or working very early in the morning...
