outside it’s noisy… towels are not thick… very basi. amenities no free mineral water…

We were denied accommodation because the staff handling reception and on duty said there is no confirmed reservation under my name for itinerary 147180042092. In addition that the place is fully booked already due to CBCP convention in the area even before they check my reservation slip. The staff also claimed that they have cancelled membership from Expedia / Hotels.com. Please investigate, I paid the reserved room at Herbies Mansion but never used it. We showed up at the hotel and informed by the staff that there is no online reservation for us resulting to looking for an alternative accommodation. I am requesting for a refund of the payment of the supposed reserved accommodation that never enjoyed. This is a charged back transaction, please facilitate refund. This is a bad experience for us. Thank you.

Reasonable location.

Bed was absolutely terrible you could feel every spring, the towels I would use for wiping down the dog. The air con was like a helicopter in the room. Booked in for 2 nights left after 1,if I had a car I would not of stayed the night.

We invite you to visit the place again as it is under new management just recently. New beds, linens, towels, pillows and clean. A reasonable price to stay
