Un rapport qualité prix excellent

Nous avons séjourné en août 4 nuits. Tarif à 30€ la nuit avec petit déjeuner... Chambre spacieuse mais le lit supporterait d'être un peu plus large. Nous avons pu sans problème laisser nos 2 grandes valises ouvertes dans la chambre, disposer du coffre de sécurité. Serviettes à discretion pour la piscine qui donne sur la mer. Les tarifs de la restauration sont dans la lignée du prix des chambres. L'insonorisation est bonne ce qui n'est pas toujours évident aux Philippines. On recommande.

Could be great, but...

Check in was smooth. Got to the room and it looked great at first. Went into the bathroom and the toilet was leaking onto the floor. Nice puddle had formed. Informed the front desk and they had someone come mop it up with towels in the morning. Never addressed the cause and spent the next 35 hours with a growing pool of water in the CR. The shower didnt drain either. Standing water for two days in the shower. Problem never addressed. Whole bathroom with standing water from wall to wall is a big problem. They were indifferent. Huge red flag. Went to the restaurant and ordered a coffee in the morning. Got the smallest cup of coffee ive ever been served, which cost around 150 pesos, maybe more. Friends came to have breakfast with me. The "free breakfast' i paid for didnt work because i dont eat meat, so i ordered a veggie omelet. No discount whatsover, no 'hey we can give you 10 percent off" , (usually some type of empathy is shown) which would have been better than absolutely nothing. By this time the accumulation of their indifferences is starting to add up and Im getting frustrated. Never was i offered any type of discount or different accommodations, full price was needed for everything, and their lack of concern is a new bar ive seen set. Ive traveled to thousands of hotels and ive never seen such a cash grab on the coffee/breakfast and the lack of concern on the water issues with the plumbing. The pool and patio is beautiful, but not worth the other headaches.

Great hotel poor service.

The hotel itself is great located on the beach and near the local night district. However, there fees and services are outrageous. I was charged 200 peso for morning coffee and when asked for transport to the bus terminal I was quoted 500 peso. On a metered taxi the cost is around 180-200. I understand a small connivence charge but over 100% mark up is not reasonable.

Our brewed coffee is priced at P125.00 per cup, and you ordered two additional cups, totaling to Php 250.00, plus the service charge bringing it to Php 262.50. We hoped that we made ourselves clear for any confusion that you had and we're looking forward to welcoming you back for another stay with us.Regarding the taxi charges, we will raise this kind of concerns for clarification but our hotel is not adding up any charges on taxi's bills.Thank you very much.

전체적인 룸컨디션도 좋고 다 좋은데 수영장을 비롯한 주변에 개미/파리가 너무 많음...그거말곤 전체적으로 나쁘지 않음

Really good resort. Rooms are clean. Good selection of food and the cook knows his business. Location is right on the beach. Sure i will go back there.

Bed very comfortable shower ok room size comfortable. What makes this hotel average is 50 percent of food I wanted to order of there menu wasn’t available and drink options even less,it’s a shame we spent more time eating in the hotel next to it

Was put into a room when we first arrived which was outdated and the basin tap barely attached to the basin. They changed rooms when we asked. Would not stay again. Breakfast included was horrible, two dried wafer thin pieces of Ham, about 3” square.one egg and one half piece of toast.

Very loud until around 2pm. Broken faucet in bathroom but usable. TV didn’t work. Expected more for the money we paid.
