Picture is way far from the reality! This is the worst hotel/resort you could ever see in the philippines. Stay away!

It was a little dated, but the king size bed was like sleeping in a rock it took my back out after two days the last night we rented another room 2 twin beds the mattress was much nicer. The breakfast is good, pool is large and has long and late hours. But in weekends the do karaoke till late and it's loud. Overall a good choice for a decent price

terrible place and terrible hotel

I did not stay in this hotel after I arrived, i found it very filthy, ugly, and they gave me a paper full of prohibited things that we should not do nor bring to the hotel, and there are penalties money to pay if you violate any of these stupid rules which they have implemented and in a scam way have hidden it until the customers completely pay their stay, they did not state their rules in their ads, because they knew that nobody will book with them.. they are totally corrupted filthy scammers, their hotel is below standards hotel, they tried to scam me to pay something called environmental fee which they only tell the guests after the guests pay in advance their stay.. I refused to pay that environmental fee and simply quite to stay in that garbage, filthy and corrupted hotel, I quit and booked for my self and my family in another hotel not in subic .. subic is not a good place to spend vacation it is really ugly, filthy place.. I will never go there any more..

And as per the policies, our standard practice is to inform guests about these details upon arrival to ensure transparency.But as much as we wanted to reach out to you to inform of the policies, we have no way of contacting you unless the guest reached out to us first and inquire about the hotel's policies. Though we are disheartened by the accusation of scamming, it is certainly not our intention to mislead or take advantage of our guests. Most of the nearby hotels usually collects environmental fee. Please understand that these measures are in place for the benefit of our guests and the environment.

Worst stay ever

Room was cramped and old, curtains did not fit window had to hand towels for privacy. toilet would not flush, power outage while in shower, on-site restaurant was out of most foods on menu, we were forced to eat sandwiches which were terrible and took 1 hour to serve to us. Large metal light fell from ceiling in restaurant patio and almost struck my wife. No access to any beach and not able to walk on the street outside hotel due to several prostitutes working the area. We were forced to leave after only 1 day and Resort would not reimburse our days paid. HORRIBLE PLACE
