The hotel was clean and convenient for our day trips. The hotel parking lot did have some homeless people and was dirty.

However, rooms need a serious refresh and lots of little issues like bathtub fills with water during shower, room door didn't auto close, AC wasn't great and so on.
Complimentary breakfast was mediocre at best, pool and lobby seemed dark and dingy and fitness room was essentially useless.
Lots of services and restaurants were walkable.
Ok for a night or two for a bed to sleep in.

I was booked into an ADA room, a fact of which I was not informed upon booking. The shower handle.was not optimal, as it didn't turn off properly. The most ridiculous thing was that the blackout curtains -- on windows rhat faced.directly into the parking lot at.ground level -- were BEHIND the sheers. The curtains that appeared to be blackout curtains.were non-functional. When I did finally find the blackout curtains, I could barely reach the pull handles (i stand under 5') which makes me question how someone in a wheelchair or using a walked would be expected to close the blackout curtains.
We booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. In previous years we booked the LaQuinta that shares the same parking lot, but for the oast few years their hot tub has been non-functional. We were assured that the hot tuv was functional, only to discover on check-in that it was in fact not functioning.
We will likely book elsewhere when we come donw next year for this tournament.

Holes in walls , electrical plugs loose, brown spot in shower

Long term residents, lots of dogs, dirty carpets and walls...but the staff were nice and the bed comfy. Close to the highway and busy roads, noisy and lights at night.
