The front desk was so incredibly nice! Room was good and the pool was a lot of fun for my kids. We will definitely be back!

The first room we were put into was awful. My first indication was the window was wide open and the room smelled bad. My wife has allergies and right away said we can’t stay here. I went to the front desk and was informed they only had one room left. The next room didn’t smell as bad but it smelled. Window was wide open, carpets stained, walls had obviously started to be repaired. The curtain had stains and smelled awful. Our bedding top cover had stains and holes in it as well as the curtain sheers. The shower curtain rod was barely hanging on and the shower curtain wouldn’t stay shut. My wife took a ton of pictures as she was so disgusted. At almost $200 a night she would have rather slept in the truck. I read the reviews and checked the rating and it baffles me how this hotel got such a high rating. Even the halls had a terrible smell to them. Don’t recommend this to anyone and won’t stay there again. I think it’s time to overhaul this hotel.

I wouldn’t stay here again. It was cheap: one night cost me $100. The cleanliness and room quality were poor. My room had no blackout curtains, doors we struggled to close, weird smell/stains in fridge, and an unclean shower.
Hot tub was out of order (not disclosed until we paid)
