I stayed there from 6th to 12th and there was no linen change, no tissue paper replenishment, no shower gel unless you ask for them.

Conditions very poor, service poor to fair, upgrade of facilty & service badly needed.

When we arrived the water was running in the shower and would not turn off. We were given a different room. The furnishings were broken, damaged and run down. The room was incredibly hot and took hours to cool down.

The room was dirty and smelled very much of cat urine. There is a railway with trains right below the hotel and it is very noisy.

Shower would go from freezing to scolding and back again. Shower paint also chipping and clogging drain. AC condensation created a puddle on the carpet. Sliding window was off track. Had to get a repairman to fix. Ice machines don’t work.

This property is in desperate need of update. It’s old and seedy looking. The AC didn’t work. The bathroom is VERY small. There were no extra pillows available. Breakfast was VERY rudimentary. Would not stay here again
