We stayed two nights. One bath towel, no cups, no service between nights, bathroom light dim and flickering, part of bathroom ceiling open, no bath mat for shower.

Pros In The Past: A Great Place To Stay Friendlier American Guests Before, Rooms Are Very Clean. Now Alot More Rudier Foreign Guests Horrible: Foreign Guests Keeping You Up AlNight, With There Load And Disrespectful Noise Hogging Up The BreakFast, In The Morning Just Wish The Hall Ways Where Clean, Terrible Oodee(Smell) The Foreign Guests Won't Say Hi To You , Give You Dirty Looks Playing Load Music All Night

Thank you for your review. I have to be honest with my response here and let you know that your review is coming off pretty racist. I think that simply saying that there were inconveniently loud guests and unpleasant odors was enough without making the complaint that "foreigners" specifically are causing these things to happen. With that being said, we hope you have a splendid day here in the beautiful melting pot that is America, where the statue of liberty says: "Give me your poor, your tired, your huddle masses yearning to breathe free."

Nosie all hours of the nignt! People parting. Room was nastyand stinked. Batbroom was groos found a pill where the towels go. When someone would flush the toilet next door it would come up our sink. Very very gross!

I checked out within 2 hrs. I’m a single woman; this facility was housing either low income or homeless people. The room was not clean, and not secure. There was a small balcony; the separation between rooms was a simple step over low bars. I am shocked this was offered on Expedia. I chose the site, thinking it could be trusted. I will never use this site again, and I will advise others to do the same. I will be seeking compensation for the devastation of this experience.

Breakfast could of been better sith more options, bathrooms were not the cleanest, noise was horrible.

Thank you for your response. We provide a continental breakfast with warm waffles, bread, bagels and cereals. On the weekends we offer a few more options in addition. We are sorry that it wasn't enough. We will be discussing the cleanliness issue mentioned in our weekly housekeeping meeting. Thank you again for the review and the chance for us to improve the guest experience for you.

Reasonable price. Rooms wee clean enough. Staff was friendly, helpful and respectful.
