someone was talking about a vehicle break in when we checked in, using a card to access elevator, we realized we weren't in a safe neighborhood and it was unsettling. Check in lady had a movie on her phone and volume high as we checked in - was so rude.

There were some mishaps during our stay ( fire alarm went off due to a short) but our room was clean and the AC worked great. The staff couldn't have been nicer.

WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!!! Worst experience ever. I stayed here twice first time was good. I paid $250 for a dirty room. $150 deposit yess that is just the deposit & did not say that on the website. There was stains on the sheet. I had to go ask for clean sheets. Coffee stains on the wall.

Diana checked us in, and she is awesome! The security features are very much appreciated, especially at night. The room was clean and comfortable, and the beds/pillows were some of the best I've slept in. Breakfast was fabulous, with lots of options. I will absolutely be staying here again the next time I'm in Omaha. (All of the staff were very friendly.)
