It was alright

Upon arrival great check in process... the room floor had not been swept, vacuumed or anything. The fitness center looked great, however only one treadmill worked out of the four, and both ellipticals were not properly working. Service at the bar was decent, however the 2 women that working there... one must be fairly new and she had questions the way the other person worked with her was rude, i hated the way she was speaking to her, coach in private.

EXCELLENT STAY

WE VERY MUCH ENJOYED OUR STAY HERE! STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY. ROOM AND COMMON AREAS WERE BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED AND VERY CLEAN. WALKING DISTANCE TO RESAURANTS AND CHI VENUE.

Family trip

We took a quick trip with the family. The hotel is clean and the staff was friendly. The girls loved the views outside the window. Parking when we got back that night was hard to find as all the spots for the hotel were taken.

Night in Omaha

Super comfortable bed. This is part of a long trip for my wife and I and it was one of the best nights of sleep we have had. Our check in was not smooth as the room was not clean, but they remedied the situation and gave us a free breakfast.
