I’m sickened by this hotel!! Do not book! We showed up to this hotel and it was abandoned and the water park was closed. No one was there. I contacted hotels.com and still haven’t got my money back!! And it’s been weeks since anyone has contacted me either.

Just a note on the door…
Publié le 19 juill. 2021 sur HotelsWe pulled up to an empty parking lot with a sign that read they were closed for renovations. No advanced warning, no email, no phone call. Just a note on the door. Typically renovations are planned so this took me by surprise when there were no issues taking my money and even sending an email about the water park passes being an additional cost and I should reserve them early!! 🙄

Definitely not a place for kids nor family oriented. Waited an hour to check in, place wasn’t clean, window shoot out. Go to my room and had people inside not to mention being loud. Definitely waiting to get my refund…

Everything was dirty it was super hot in the room because the AC didn’t work right and was super dusty. I’ve never been able to get a hold of the front desk for my personal phone or from the N room phone. Just overall trash would never stay here again
