Disappointing
Publié le 21 oct. 2024 sur HotelsAfter using this hotel for the past ten years when coming to Omaha for business I think I'm going to have to find new accommodation. A few minutes after entering my room someone else with a key opened the door. They then closed it and I put on the safety lock. I tried to phone the front desk but the phone was disabled. I used my cell phone to call and the attendant apologized saying it was probably one of the staff looking for a place to lie down. But it was disconcerting. Added to that was the room was very smelly - I suspect it is a room used by staff. It was a very uncomfortable stay.

Gnats gnats gnats
Publié le 20 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWe checked in and that was fine, she was nice! We came back a few hours later and got into our rooms. One of the two rooms wrhad was FULL of gnats. They were in the shower and all over the sheets on one of the beds. We went to the front desk and they handed my mom a can of "roach, ant, spider" Raid to spray on the ones in the shower. Water pressure wasnt very good either. I habe stayed quite a few times over the last few years and this is by far the worst experience.

The hotel seems quite old and not in great condition; our toilet didn't even work, so they switched us to a different room.
