Our room was the honeymoon sweet. It had a jacuzzi tub in the room. The lights didn't work for the tub. The shower is not private, its in the room. Our bed had bed bugs everywhere. There were dirty sheets on the bed and dirty sheets stuffed between the mattress and box spring. There was also dirty clothes from whoever stayed there last. I dont think the room was ever cleaned. The air conditioner did not work and it was a hot day. People were outside using drugs. The smell was awful.

The rooms we received were not the rooms shown on the website AT ALL! I did not rent Jacuzzi rooms. It looked like the rooms hadn’t been cleaned for months spiders bugs spiderwebs, one room had a plastic bag over the smoke detector, completely disgusting jacuzzi mold in the drain, hair on the plug, there was no coffee readily available. I had to travel to get coffee, communication with the clerk when I checked in was little to zilch, barely spoke English, just enough to take my money and my daughters money looked more like an apartment complex then a motel as many permanent tenants apparently live there. Didn’t barely sleep a wink, too scared to see what might crawl into bed with me! The place is under construction everything‘s a mess. The parking lot is trashed. They don’t even have a sign out front to direct you to the front office. Very odd that he had the office locked up when everyone was supposed to be checking out he was inside and just waved at me as I’m trying to open the door to turn in my keys!? And continues to wave as if to hurry me along still not coming to the door?! I’ve stayed in sketchy places, but never this bad! I feel cheated out of my hard earned money and since their was no other choice except drive 30 minutes away, through city traffic, 2 days in a row, from where we needed to be, or pay close to $400 a night anywhere else! There was an air show and a festival so everyone of course price gouges! Really unfair to people honestly. BEYOND UPSET!!!
