The staff was helpful. However, the room was a disgrace. There was no microwave, which later on, I was told are only included in the suites. There was a leak coming from the bathroom toilet that resulted in water spreading all over the bathroom floor. The place is under construction, which they failed to mention on they’re property. Once all of this was revealed, I was moved to the Homewood Suites next door. This place is undergoing construction as well. I’ve had to be moved to a different room twice while staying at the Homewood. In the first room, the heat went out, to which there was a burnt smell that came with that; almost like an electrical fire. Once I was moved to another room, I could hear the loud banging of the construction going on right above me. So, I was moved to another room. In all rooms, the water pressure kept going in and out. Although I did not stay at the Hampton, it was an awful experience and highly inconvenient.

Enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was a great bonus every morning.

The hotel does not include parking so we had to pay $15/day to park. Additionally, the bathroom sink was leaking and the bathroom was overall gross, especially the shower. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. It was in a convenient part of town.

No wash cloths provided and was not aware i would have to pay additional $15 for parking. Jacqueline was great and very helpful.

The woman at the front desk seemed overwhelmed and was not very friendly

The shower needs to be recaulked and the desk chair is very uncomfortable.
