We stayed here twice in one month for easy access to soccer tournaments. Each time, multiple team families had issues with either getting woken up by a phone call or them knocking on doors, because they didn’t know if the rooms were occupied. We had to wait 30 minutes at check in this time and my guy was friendly and apologetic, but they kept having to go to rooms while the lines were long to make sure rooms were clean… it was crazy. Also the last time the pool smelled terrible and by Sunday they closed it down for maintenance. The hallways were dirty with popcorn cookies the two days we were there. Our king size bed only came with three pillows and then one for the pull out couch and we couldn’t get more. One of the other staff members checking one of our other family members out had orange fingers that he kept licking and touching everything with. Not impressed and our teams won’t be staying again.

We have spoken to all departments about these issues and new training is being conducted to not only know how to handle issues but to avoid issues such as this. We were checked in to the hotel in the evening. We then received 3 phone calls to our room and had a staff member knocking loudly on our door and entering the room at 10:30 PM to "check if anyone was in the room." In the morning, they said we were checked in but not assigned to a room. This same thing happened to another family staying at the hotel about a month earlier, except they were awoken to staff pounding on their door around midnight. On day of checkout (which is 11), housekeeping staff entered our room twice before 10 without knocking and we had not checked out yet. When we were bringing things to our car around 10:45, we came back to our room and the door was open. We will not be staying here again.

unable to adequately control the tv (remote not work) and the air conditioning (too cold); also no exhaust in the bathroom; appreciated the staff attention to room request fir handicapped guest
