Excellent hotel!!
Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HotelsWe came to the Hilton about 2am after a terrible experience with our first hotel. The night desk man was not very friendly or informational but other than that everyone else was extremely friendly and helpful the rooms were very clean very comfy beds, great view. The bar tender in the lobby made excellent drinks I think his name was Tony!! There was also another lady I’m not sure what her name was but she was very friendly very helpful let us change one of the tvs to the chiefs game!! We had went down to the pool Sunday afternoon with our kiddos and had the entire pool and hot tub to our selves which was very nice. Easy to get down to the zoo and there was an excellent bar and grill called “the old mattress” across the street which had excellent food!! Will definitely stay here again!!

Handicap parking is not very convenient. Mixed with the valet parking couldn’t tell difference between the two.

Actually felt "judged" when entering. We had been on 3rd wk of moving from places due to selling our home so we looked exhausted! So just fyi..dont judge a book by its cover! Shuttle was great!
