Front desk staff was very friendly on check-in. The room was clean and pretty spacious. Quiet area with a few places nearby to eat.

Pleasantly surprised!

I had to rent 2 rooms with the size of my family one room's AC was great the other room's AC was not and that was my room The room got to almost 80° there was nothing they could do they just gave me a fan and pretty much said write it out weren't willing to comp us or nothing. My swim suit top and bottom got left there I've tried to call and call and ask them no response

Thank you for staying with us at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cherry Hills. If ever there is an issue during your stay feel free to contact the front desk at any time. So we can address that issue at that time. Our staff takes great pride in property and that our guest feel at home. Unfortunately you would have to contact Expedia for any compensation due to that you paid Expedia not the hotel directly. We hope you will consider us again your next time in Omaha and give us the change to exceed your expectations. My sincere apologies.

Super comfortable beds, clean, best staff! On a motorcycle trip and stayed here best hotel i have ever stayed in!
