I loved everything about the property except the beds. Super uncomfortable and the pillows went flat when you laid on them. Everything was extra and the restaurants attached were very expensive. So be prepared to spend at least $75 more than the cost of the room for parking and incidental deposit. Then breakfast wasn't free either, you had to pay for that as well. Not a budget friendly hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

This place is absolutely filthy! Our room was very dirty and had not been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. There was dirt all over,hair on the comforter, and we found a cellophane baggie in the windowsill that looked like it could have been a drug bag. The toilet made an odd noise and when we lifted off the back of the tank there was what looked like a foily in there (see picture below). We were about to go to bed to just try to get through the night and leave early but then we found a cockroach by the bathroom and that was the last straw! We left at about 930 to go elsewhere and we will never go back. The hotel is refusing to refund us our money too which is ridiculous because they should be more aware and concerned about the lack of sanitation in their hotel. We should have known better than to stay there again after the last time when we found a vape pen in our bed!! Do not stay here, it’s gross and they don’t care!!!

Booked this property due to proximity to zoo and water park feature. For parents of small children, please be aware the "water park' is completely unstaffed, you are reliant on other parents to supervise their children. Observed over 6 kids fall down the slippery stairs of the water jungle gym, watched a lot of older kids do trains down the slide and pummel smaller children. Their parents? Drinking beers out of glass bottles at the tables in the pool area. Flooring around the water park features is very slippery. Would not recommend for any kids under 10. Hotel was of average cleanliness. The night we arrived one of the elevators was not working, waited 15 minutes each time I needed to ride it as you are not permitted to take the stairs up to the rooms. There is a pay lot for parking behind the building, but parking is not guaranteed and not limited to hotel guests. You very well may pay for a spot and have no where to park. We did find that the Fairfield parking (about 3 rows behind the Holiday Inn) is about $4 cheaper for some reason. Staff were very helpful and clearly doing the best they could.

Will never stay again

Horrible experience. Well to start we got there and literally smelled like weed. The walls were disgusting in the room. Hair on the bed sheets. The pool was packed and kids play area was freezing. Big slide was probably the best for my children. Fridge in the room was gross moldy. Mold around the bath tub, pillows were horrible. Only one working elevator no stairs, had to stand in line for at least 20 minutes when we got there and then after we went to the pool. Cops were there as we were leaving the pool guessing for the weed smell . Had to pay $50 in the holiday inn parking lotto park but they are supposedly refunding me $35. Haven’t seen it yet. I had such high hopes for this hotel and it was a horrible horrible experience.
