Room was very dirty had mold in air conditioner swimming pool had a garden gose filling up the pool, hot tub had scum floating on top of it, garbage piled up outside the elevator, floors in the whole hotel were filthy

To say our stay here was disappointing is an understatement. We came with a group of 10. 5adults, 5 kids. Upon booking, I chose the "pay later at hotel" option. Our cards were charged before we go to the hotel. Each group was going to pay for our own rooms. One of the adults in our group called on the Wednesday before to make sure that would have joined room and or on the same floor, she was told " it is based off of first come first server, so check in a little before check-in and a note will be made on your accounts." When checking in we were informed our rooms were not joined, nor would we be on the same floor and there were no notes on any of our reservations. The staff told us there was nothing they could do. Also, parking was $15 a day, unless we wanted to park on the street in the front, which was limited. We head to our rooms and when getting off the elevator, we were greeted with the disgusting smell of the trash can outside the elevator, which we smelled every time we got on or off the elevator. The halls were hot and muggy. had a musty smell. The rooms looked clean upon arrival, but also had a gross smell. While sitting on my couch in my room, I see food splatters on the ceiling, and on the walls in different areas. We decided to go to the pool. The pool was freezing! It is not a heated pool. The whole point in picking this hotel was so we could spend lots of time swimming with the kids, NOT. The kids didn't even want to be in the water because it was so cold.

We stayed here to attend the Omaha Fashion Week final show. Since they are next door to one another, we couldn’t beat the convenience.
It was really hot upon arrivals and departure and the only real negative is the lack of a/c or any air movement in the elevators. The attached restaurant, Burger Theory also had no a/c. So that to be fixed.
The staff was truly amazing - so friendly and helpful. It was a great one night stay.

Way too noisy! Kids running tgrough hallways, loud music, loud traffic outside. Was not impressed. They overbooked and we didnt get the rooms we asked for. Would not recommend and will not stay there again.

Parking was a joke, $15 dollars per night and that didnt even guarantee you a spot. No towels ever available at the swimming pool. Water Park was fun for the kids but pretty rusty and hand railings very substantial. Rooms pretty dirty especially around fixtures, tub enclosure discolored with blackened scum.
