I did not get the room i made reservations for. I got a room with a smaller bed, two beds, and reassurance that i would not get an up-charge. For a lesser room? Why would i get an upcharge. Ever? It was insulting. Also, one of the few things going for this hotel was a bike rental...which was not in service. This whole hotel experience was a flop. Also, service the workout bench so it works to its full capacity (the hardware was missing to make the back come up).

Is there anything we could have done to get a 5/5? This is still amazing but we strive for perfection.

It was very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It's not super walkable to things, but that just depends on what walkable means to you.

I really enjoyed my two day stay here! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Shout out to Brettany and Jim! The hotel offers a free shuttle which was so useful because it was hard to get an Uber at times. There’s a great bar and speakeasy on the premises and the hotel has some fun history. There’s not really any food close by but again the shuttle (a very nice Lincoln Navigator) was easy to schedule and I was taken to places where there was food. The bed was comfortable, the room spacious, and the bathroom very nice. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town!
