We checked in on 3/21/25 at 3:00pm, when we got settled in to our room we were having trouble with the toilet. So on the morning of 3/22/25 at about 9:00am I went and told the front desk that the toilet was not working,he said that the maintenance man would be in around 10:00am so I went and picked up some breakfast and came back. When I entered the hotel I asked the cleaning lady if the maintenance man had come in, she asked me what room I was in I told her rm 144 that the toilet was not working, she said it was broken and they shouldn’t have rented it. So at 10:00 am when the manager arrived I told her about the toilet and I also showed her some pictures I took of some stains on the bedding, I asked her if she would stay in a room like that!! She said she would move us to a different room right away, we didn’t get moved till 2:00pm then when we got into the new room my wife was going to take a shower and there was no shower curtain, so again I went to the front desk and told the manager she said they would get one right away so we waited 4:00pm still no shower curtain, so I told my wife let’s go ahead and take our showers, and on top of that there was no hot water. When I checked out this morning 3/23/25 I asked the man at the front desk if they would give a little compensation for such a wonderful stay only thing he told me was to talk to the manager. We were without power since 3/19/25 hoping to get a little relief,this is what we got
