The staff at the front desk was nice, its pet friendly and their beds and pillow are comfortable.

Our room never got cleaned our entire 3day stay. The first day when we left for the day came back and room had never been cleaned had to call front desk for clean towels. 2nd day we left housekeeping was on our floor (3different carts) and I asked to clean our room. We came back not cleaned again. Asked front desk to request our room get cleaned and front desk brought us towels. We came back again and still room was not cleaned!! We had ordered room service they delivered the jam/jelly and butter and no toast! $24 for 3 strips of bacon and small bowl of fruit. Just an overall horrible experience. It to mention the desk was so dirty and sticky. Totally disgusting vs I

VIP suite was beautiful, well appointed, however, there is no elevator access.

The facilities were beautiful and clean. Front desk service was so kind and helpful. I liked the parking security features.
