Nothing fancy here, but it had what we needed, which was just a place to sleep and shower. The room with one queen bed was very small - just enough room to walk around the bed, with a small desk at the end of the bed, and a small wardrobe closet. There was nowhere to sit except the chair at the desk. It was well supplied with soaps, lotions, towels, and we could have asked for more if needed. The complimentary breakfast had adequate selections. The staff member who checked us in was friendly.

Comfortable, Pet (and Human) Friendly
Staff was friendly and very helpful. They are very efficient in their operations, basic and not fussy, and for this, the price was right. We brought our dog, paid the fee and they were very accommodating. The property's carpeting (mostly elevator) was worn, but not horrible. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. We would recommend and would stay there again.

I had reserved our hotel room the day of with extended time and was supposed to get a 2 queen bed room but when I arrived they didn’t have a room for me and my party. The front desk clerk then charged me for another room instead of comping us for not having a room for us. We ended up getting a refund after having to talk to the morning front desk clerk but they would have let me pay double if I had noticed on my charges.

Average hotel, very basic
I have stayed in this hotel 3 times in 2 years and do not understand fully how it has such a high review. It is an average hotel overall. It is clean, but there are things about it that make each stay less comfortable. Toilets don't flush well, shower heads sandblast you and each room is very basic and small. The free breakfast is either repetitive or lacking in supplies. On my last stay the hot food offering was biscuits and gravy 3 days straight and cold food options like oatmeal were not replenished I told after the week ended. The lightbulb went out in my bathroom, yet they didn't have a bulb to replace it and lacked staff to find a replacment. They did offer a different room, but a better solution would have been to pull a bulb and not ask me to move (or have them in stock!) Overall this hotel is low cost, but for me it is the perfect example of you get what you pay for.
