Awful for a ♿️ handicap person

As we discussed, the room wasn't overbooked. It was closed due to necessary repairs. I tried to reach you to find an alternative option, but unfortunately, we couldn't connect before your arrival. Again, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and hope you will give us another try

Location was fine for our needs. No America flag on flagpole, after rain lots of mulch had washed onto concrete walkways and was never cleaned off. No small refrigerator in room. Appeared to be short on staff as front desk had bell to ring for help and sign that said something like temporary away from desk.

The front desk receptionist was fantastic! So nice! The room smelled of wet dog. The carpets and bathroom floors were sticky. The whole room was just damp feeling and gross. Beds were lumpy. Breakfast was good.

Great for a short stay
