When I got there I had to go to a bar across the street to take out 100 cash for the hotel deposit since their credit card machine didn't work with deposits!! Very sketchy situation especially for a woman traveling with a kid. After going back to the hotel got my room. Get in my room fire alarms ripped off the ceiling and sitting in window seal. TV not hooked up, phone not hooked up. After a 14 hr drive I hooked everything up but then the TV had a broken screen. When the manager came to fix my TV and let him know I fixed it already and that's when I noticed the bolt lock didn't lock on the hotel door. he told me it was fine. I said it's not fine I want to be able to lock my door and lock the top latch he says no other rooms and if I didn't like it I could check out. After contacting Expedia and saying I wanted a refund supposedly they were going to give me a refund through the hotel that never happened they charged me. But at least after Expedia contacting them they upgraded me to a bigger Queen suite that everything worked and I could lock my door, and they told me I can check out whenever I wanted. all I wanted was to get the heck out of there after being treated like that and being in such a broken dirty room. Never stay here!! If you do avoid room 224. Still want my money back!!!

This property requires a $100 cash deposit despite not mentioning that in the description. They were rude when asked if we could get an early check in as well, and the pictures are very misleading as the hotel is in much worse shape. Would not recommend, and shame on you Expedia for the poor customer support to make this terrible experience right.

Mediocre hotel

I had to leave 100 cash as a deposit and when I got to the room I couldn't find one thing that was worth $100. The floor had stains, the bed spreads had stains on them, when I lifted my mattress I found earplugs from someone before us. Also the room had a smell and when the AC turned on it became far worse and by morning all three of us were hacking and coughing. I really hope we just got unlucky and got the one dirty room but when we looked at the hotels.com website and decided to stay their the dirtiness of the room was startling. Overall it worked but barely for the few ours we were there.

3rd room was ok

We stayed again Oct 18th, had a king bed, 2nd floor. Major water damage on ceiling, parts of the ceiling peeling off, noticed black mold on ceiling, no smoke detector. Asked to be moved, moved to a 2 queen bed, 1st floor. Smelled very skunky, smoke detector covered with paper and pink liquid in sink. Asked to moved again, moved to another 2 queens room on 1st floor. it was ok. we are not picky people just want a clean safe hotel room. I will not book this hotel again.

First they charged a $100 cash deposit. It felt so sketchy but I had already paid for the room. Both the security lock and the deadbolt were broken so I had no way to have an extra lock while sleeping. There were holes in the wall. Patches of drywall missing. Stains on the sheets. Literally threadbare towels.
