First they charged a $100 cash deposit. It felt so sketchy but I had already paid for the room. Both the security lock and the deadbolt were broken so I had no way to have an extra lock while sleeping. There were holes in the wall. Patches of drywall missing. Stains on the sheets. Literally threadbare towels.

This was a cheap room, and that I understand, but the room was a disaster. There was mold on the soap holder in the shower (that could be easily wiped away if the shower was cleaned), the tub didn’t drain and water started to accumulate while you take a shower, the tub faucet leaked a steady stream of water when you shut the handle all the way off, the toilet was als o running all night and would not stop, the flooring in the room entryway was cracked… and there were empty chip bags behind the bedside table against the wall that we discovered while trying to find an outlet. When I arrived, I was there 45 minutes before the scheduled check in time of 3pm, and I waited for the front desk person as they were on the phone telling a customer it was fine for them to walk in as they had 37 open rooms for the night, he hung up the phone and asked how he could help me, and I asked if I could check in and he told me he could not check me in early. The breakfast in the morning, that I walked through and looked at but did not eat anything, looked as though it had been made the previous day or two, and saved to be used for the rest of the week. It was a place to lay your head for the night, and it was cheaper, but I would say that the hotel is struggling. If I had to think of a positive from the stay, I would say that it was very hot out that day, and the air conditioning worked very well in the room

There was stains on one of our beds and gum stains on the floor. Our toilet handle was also broken!

Immediately walked in and smelled mold, mildew and cigarettes. Signs posted everywhere said no smoking but clearly not the case. My pillows had 4 stains on various pillows. The toilet had pee stains and so was never cleaned prior to my arrival. The bed sheets had red stains so I took that off the bed… The carpet was at least 20 years old and outdated. Rust remnants in the bathroom. No AC in the hallways so when you walked out of your room it was uncomfortable.

Hi,Thanks for the feedback . We are sorry that your stay with us is not as expected. We did some inspection in the room you stayed and looks like none of your allegations are true for that room we inspected , not sure if you stayed in a different room but it would be great if you can respond with the room # you were in . The reason being there are multiple reservations with the same first name.
