Hotel and pool are very nice. Parking is a little wonky since you have to walk a bit to get to the ramp. Convenient location to the Old Market and Creighton. We had a very nice stay and everyone was accommodating.

The hotel is beautiful and enjoyed being able to walk to everything around us.
Only issues I had were people in the hall at 1 in the morning talking loudly for a good hour.
And the bathroom shower wasn’t cleaned and had hair all over.
Other than that - it was a nice hotel.

It was great, but unfortunately getting there at 5:30pm and check in being at 3pm and still not getting our room after a three hour drive was disappointing.

Lovely hotel, great open common areas with amenities for meetings and remote work. Pool area is well set up. Wish there was a sauna or a hot tub, that would have made the gym/pool area perfect. Great food in the hotel and adjacent restaurants. Walking distance to Old Town. Also there is a lovely courtyard attached to the hotel with restaurants and lounge areas. The onsite parking is expensive. Usually self-park isn't as expensive as it is at this hotel. That's my only knock on the property. Good to have in/out privileges but $25 USD a day is a lot when downtown Omaha isn't that busy unless there is a concert or a game. Great overall experience would happily go back if in Omaha again ...

Had some issues with booking, we got there and they made it completely right with us. Just an absolute amazing service and couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else for our wedding night. Thank you!!!
