Worst stay in a hotel/motel in a long time

Awful!!!!!!!everything about this motel was terrible lights didn’t work right electricity was off for more than 2 hours in my room and room was dirty this motel needs to be repaired and cleaned and updated

The room was clean and the staff was helpful. There should be a bar in the bathtub to assist older/ special needs guests.

Shower sprayer wasn't tall enough to stand under. Breakfast good/average. Ice machine broken Shower rod pulling out from wall.

The service was excellent at the hotel, initial room had a maintenance issue and we had a new one within an hour of check in. The pillows could use an upgrade and smart TV's would be nice. Breakfast was alright, but keep in mind Cracker Barrel is a 2 minute walk if you have even a little bit of a budget. If you order food, ensure the delivery driver knows which hotel they are going to, this was an issue. As for the hotel, it will not win awards, but the staff was excellent.

Stay away from Room 113

Beds and room were relatively comfortable, though there was sort of a musty smell. We slept well enough. But when we woke in the morning and went to use the shower we realized that there was a leak of some sort occurring. All of our towels and washcloths were soaked with water. There was water on the floor and the roll of toilet paper on the top/back of the toilet was ruined as well. The staff was prompt in addressing the lack of clean towels, but there are some significant water issues that they have to contend with.
