Staff said they had rooms but refused to book us.

I booked a stay for Aug 3rd around 11pm. When we arrived we were told we couldn't check in till 2am because of audits. We waited an hour in the lounge area where we were then told at midnight that our booking automatically changed to Aug 4th. We were told they had 3 available rooms but that we were not allowed to book any of them for that night because we would have to do so through the app and the app wouldn't let us after midnight which is when we were told about the change. We were told we would receive a refund and never got that either.

Good afternoon Allison. We're sorry to hear of the troubles you experienced. In reviewing your account, the reservation was made for August 4th and not the 3rd. From my understanding, the team attempted to run the credit card for incidentals and was declined as well. Please contact Expedia directly to have the charges reversed, unfortunately booking through a 3rd party they must initiate the refund on the card and I will approve it. KenGeneral Manager

The staff was wonderful! Rooms had high ceilings and were extremely clean. Felt very safe with locked entrance.

nice one night stay

I stayed for one night. My room was clean & comfortable. The only issue was the shower. I had a "low flow" shower, which isnt doing anyone any favors. idk if this is on purpose .... but, its annoying..
