The property is already dated and run down. The construction of this building must have been shotty, as we could hear every foot step and sound from the room above us. We stayed there due to a power outage for one night, but can’t imagine staying here by choice while visiting Omaha. The desk clerk was unfriendly and never recognized me as a platinum Bonvoy member. He honestly never even looked at me during check in… kind of weird! Stay elsewhere in town!

A beautiful property. very clean, updated, courteous and helpful staff. we had trouble finding the entrance which was odd. It was not labeled on exterior with name of hotel, address or a welcome sign.
