The property is already dated and run down. The construction of this building must have been shotty, as we could hear every foot step and sound from the room above us. We stayed there due to a power outage for one night, but can’t imagine staying here by choice while visiting Omaha. The desk clerk was unfriendly and never recognized me as a platinum Bonvoy member. He honestly never even looked at me during check in… kind of weird! Stay elsewhere in town!

Property is clean, well-kept, staff is friendly and helpful. Nice outdoor space with a fire pit and chairs for lounging.

AC unit was broken and made a horrendous noise all night. I was unable to sleep at all. This went on for 5 nights. The staff and management said they couldn’t do anything about it because that’s what “corporate” said.
