The shower floor and main door to my room needed some repair, but the staff was prompt and very helpful. Breakfast was underwhelming, but I got a great deal, so I think that is alright.

Motel is old and need updating. lots of cracked paint, rust, holes in walls.
Breakfast was very disappointing. All I ate was 2 mini muffins.

Understaffed. Room had torn carpet, no electrical outlets for lamps either side of the bed. Room old and in disgraceful condition. Bathtub, ceiling light fixture missing cover - lightbulb exposed. Only light that worked at all. The bathtub was almost black on the floor with peeling shower fiberglass. Frightening, Never seen anything like room 316. Horrifying.

I had low expectations and was disappointed
Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HotelsIn the first room we were offered (319) none of the light switches or lamps worked. The shower area had been painted over and was severely peeling. It looked so bad I just walked out of the room. Office issued me n keys to 308. The lights worked in this room but the tv remote had been stolen. I inspected the bathroom briefly and it looked fine. We decided to stay in the room. When I went to go take a shower, the shower head had so much soap scum buildup, there was no way I was going to attempt at shower. My teenage son braved it and said the water was not warm. The beds were clean and relatively comfortable. A/C worked just fine. The chain lock on the door was broken so all we had was the turn lock to protect us. The premises is well hooked up with security cameras… almost to the point it feels invasive. There is no elevator so we had to lug our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The breakfast was pathetic. It is not well stocked. We arrived at 8:15am and there was two brands of cereal offered, a tray of bite sized lemon poppy muffins left to dry out on the counter, and a single plain bagel. Nothing offered to drink. No milk, no juice…. there was a coffee pot but no telling how long it had been there because it was cold. There were full bags of trash just tied up and laying in the hallways. Overall, this establishment desperately needs an overhaul. I was raised a Motel 6 girl, so my expectations are low. I will not stay here again.

Roaches have checked in
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HotelsChecked in late night sketchy people hanging around property. Staff could careless about people hanging around. Checked in first rooms that had cockroaches about an inch long. Moved us only 2 doors down. No sighting but smelled funky carpet was moist. Bathtub was unuseable. Looked like some type of construction machinery was cleaned in the tub. No one opted to shower in our party. Would have left except it was late night. Do not recommend ataying here. Super 8 clean up your act

The carpeting was sticky and made the bottom of my sicks black. The bathtub had a 4 inch gash in the inside so it would not hold water. Half the electricity didn't work. Towels were stained. The window was broken with large shards hanging in the window sill. Bathrub was peeling on almost all the sides.

Checked in and was told housekeeping had just finished cleaning the room. There was food and trash on the floor, urine spots on the bathroom floor, and an unknown liquid dried on the headboard. Shortly after entering the room, I heard someone fumbling with the door so I went over and made sure the chain was on it. At that moment the other person used keys to unlock my door and tried to enter. I pushed it closed and they tried several more times before leaving. I called the front desk and she acted like it wasn’t a big deal. I felt unsafe so I left. Absolutely DO NOT recommend!
