appart hotel tranquille en "presque campagne" TOP!
Publié le 7 juin 2015 sur HotelsExcellent système d’appartement attention de bien respecter les règles qui sont clairement donné à l'entrée des lieux, ce n'est pas un hôtel a proprement parler c'est un genre d'apparthotel mais vous avez une liberté totale, perso nous avons bcp aimé seul réel problème la taille du lit qui est ridicule pour un lit double!( on nous a dit qu'ils seraient changé très prochainement) Pensez a prendre vos casseroles et autres poêles, couverts ect car il n'y a rien dans les placards par contre moyennant 30$ on vous vends l’équipement "complet"
La laverie est pas chère et ça lave et sèche du tonnerre la pareil prévoyez votre lessive sinon il y a un distributeur. Pour les arrivées tardives quand vous appelez le 500 via le tel qui est dans l’accueil restez dans ce même accueil car la personne qui est sur place ne sort pas de derrière la banque... nous l'avons appris a nos dépends en perdant une demi heure supplémentaire (attente dans la voiture) Sinon l’hôtel est en bord de route mais c'est bien insonorisé Frigo super fonctionnel ainsi que plaque et micro onde. Ah oui un détails qui à sont importance 1 seul rouleau de PQ pour 1 semaine de séjour donc a acheter sur place ou à prévoir ;)

Stolen clothes, key card doors,staff says bummer
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HotelsMy daughter and I actually stayed there until today. If I can find us a place. We're in-between homes. Three nights ago my laundry was stolen from the dryer. Having mentioned this to staff several times I was told it was being dealt with at corporate because they have to review the camera's there. Over three hundred dollars, all basically brand new clothes and some are not replicable bring they're shirts from Sturgis. You'd think they'd at least reimburse my stay three or four nights. I'll mention it today. I'm actually starting to feel like it was someone who works nights there. How disappointing.

The checking time was at 3:00 they asked me to come back 45 minutes later and the room was still not ready had to wait another 45 minutes and the beds had dirty sheets on them and there was food on the floor and the room was not clean at all or the lobby ended up leaving and not spending the night

Room had bugs in room. Hard to find help, was charged for a very little dog 3 lbs service dog $50.00. If it as not a service dog she would have been free. Very shady ppl at hotel. People must live there some autos full of clothes, flat tires, never moved, ppl hanging outside after hrs, ppl wld block front door so they can get back in blding guess they have no card. Had to ask for more towels only had 2 and 1 ash cloth for 4 ppl. Front desk cld right after I got towels, said I was talking to the big boss and was not happy, not my fault things were not available in my room when we arrived. We are military and never had a room or service like this.

The only reason I'm giving it four stars is the shower it has really low water pressure. Everything was excellent the staff the parking the wonderful room and had a refrigerator/freezer a a electric stove with a microwave and it had on-site laundry. The hotel was social security you had to use your card to enter every door
