Overall everything was pretty good. Room had a bad smell from the bedroom basin drain. Reported it so I expect someone will investigate and fix. Breakfast was adequate. Price was better than other Omak accommodations. Have stayed at Omak Inn quite a few times so it must be acceptable.

We’ve stayed here several times.The staff is friendly,breakfast has lots of choices and the rooms are clean,roomy and comfortable.

Staff was very nice despite being really busy! Property was reasonably clean, just really needs some updating! Stand in the room 234 with the curtains closed and turn on the lights and look around. Lampshades are cracked inside and the curtains are FILTHY! Also the walls and baseboards could use a coat of paint or at least touchups.

Good place to stop over for a night. The room was clean and large, with a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. The only cons about the room is that there was a faint smell of cigaret smoke, probably from some previous guests who didn't heed the no-smoking sign. The stay comes with breakfast which should get you going including coffee (regular and decaf), tea, OJ, oatmeal, some serials, bagels, cream cheese, peanut butter, jellies, hard boiled eggs, and a do-it-yourself waffle maker.

Helpful and friendly front desk staff during check in. Remodeling and carpet replacement was underway and needed as room was a little dated.
