Publié le 29 mai 2024 sur HotelsThis is a none expensive kind of hotel. The from desk friendly and those staying at the time I was there too. Room was very clean, had micro coffee maker fridge and air conditioning worked well and good lighting. Bed was comfortable TV had cable & movie channels. There is no luxury here but for the price you cant go wrong. It's close to food restaurants ice-cream parlor Wal-Mart pharmacy and automotive stores. Close to museums, waterfalls coal mine rivers forests and attractions in Tennessee and Kentucky area. I will stay here again. You make your stay what you want it to be. I made my stay here a great one!

Location was good. Staff was excellent. Room was clean but dated. The shower was unusable. There was no reliable temperature regulation. Meaning it would go from scolding to cold.

Must have been in a non updated room. Most doors are card key but mine was turn key. No phone or amenities. Pictures on website does not look like this room. Bathroom was very out dated and very dirty!!! Holes in the walls. Bed was obviously broken due to the noise when set on. Holes in the blanlets. Did metion to office about lack of towels and toilet paper. They apologized due to new house keeping. I cant say i wouldn't recommend this location but hope they update all rooms.

Poor experience from a poor place.
Publié le 1 avr. 2024 sur HotelsThe place was sketchy. The front desk guy was nice I guess, lets just say you can tell lives in the property or something. The room was small, small bathroom, nothing is good quality, not even the tv, there is no "royal" feeling about the stay. The privacy was poor, another customer tried to get in our room at one point. The owner kept pacing back and forth in front of our room over night, looking creepy. The curtains are sorta of see through with certain light. We could hear everything going on outside, super thin walls. In the morning we stepped out to smoke hoping to get privacy and the manger just rudely interrupted our private time to ask if we were leaving yet, like why would we leave without checking out? Anyway, I would never stay here again. This was an emergency stay, next emergency am staying somewhere else.
