Staff were very professional, pleasant, and helpful. Staff really stood out with their exceptional service (1 per shift). Had cute fireplace (wish they were on) in lounging area, library, and other common room. Breakfast was simple but good. Bed comfortable. Daughter loved whirlpool. Staff recommended Sloan Streak House, which we really enjoyed. Pool not available - heard it has been that way for a long time. Ice dispenser room dirty on 2nd floor. Old rotten banana peel on the floor and turning into a liquid. Overall good experience. Would recommend better cleaning in all areas and using your enticing resources, such as the fireplaces, which make the atmosphere more warming and inviting. Would definitely stay again.

Front desk attendant was extremely kind and accomodating. Lamp in room had light bulb that flickered and died within first 2 min of being in room. There was police presence and the ultimately arrested 2 people on my floor for having warrants. Carpets in hall are dingy and the halls poorly lit. Pool was out of order. The tub jets in bathroom were off color yellow and looked old or outdated. To sleep...ok. Not a place I would choose as a getaway or vacation or special occasion at all.

This was a last minute booking and it was pretty late. I booked and then saw some negative reviews. I was a bit worried but in all reality, it was a nice spot. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Great water pressure in showers. Breakfast in the morning was good, waffles, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage and bacon and alot more. Enjoyed my stay and if im ever riding through this area again, i wouldn't hesitate in staying there again.

Hotel had minimal outdoor lighting - it was actually difficult to see the entrance when we arrived at the hotel to check in. Did not realize that the hotel was a bit dated- doors to outside had to be held open in order to get baggage cart in and out. The room itself was large but again the furniture was dated and well used. The room had decent lighting. The access to Main Street from second floor of hotel was a nice bonus. But proximity to Main Street on a Friday night resulted in loud music permeating the room until 2 AM. Small room heater/AC was not very accurate (again, maybe a bit outdated so difficult to control).

The customer service staff was excellent. Even with me coming in at 3am .. Was still on Point. Everytime i visit i only stay here..

It was in the center of Oneonta. Breakfast was very good. Although some parts of the facility were under renovation ( the pool ) it was all good value
