Do not stay here!
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HotelsAt check-in, there was a dirty hair brush on the counter. The guy behind the desk, didn’t even know it was there. My family and I got to the room and were disgusted. The blankets had stains all over them, there was mold on the ceiling, and the walls were dirty. Needless to say, we ended up not staying there and took a loss, as the hotel does not offer refunds.

While the property has obviously been updated recently we were not happy with our stay. The clerk at check in didn’t know if coffee was available in the morning and we were charged a $50 damage deposit that was not mentioned until check in. In the morning we were surprised to find no hot water in the shower!!! NONE!! And there was no one in the office to talk to even when we checked out a little after 8:00 AM. We will not be back. Very poor customer service!

Property being used for other services… not sure if section 8, homeless shelter, monthly housing but very sketchy area.

My family and I stayed at this hotel. We found dead cockroaches in the bathroom of our room. Not as clean as we had expected for a motel that was cheap.
