Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe room we had was a 2 room suite. It was very comfortable as well as spacious. Our dog kennel is very large for our Golden and the room easily accommodated it. Would stay here again.

The restaurant within the hotel was understaffed. The 2 evenings I ate there, there was 1 person working. She was the waitress, busboy, cashier, hostess. She was overwhelmed. Customers were very kind to her and understood her situation. She needed more help.

Location is great. Lake shore right behind property made for nice sunset views. Easy access to Porcupine Mountains State Park. Facilities okay, no cell service, but that is to be expected in that area. The attached restaurant had good food and drink options.

Beautiful sunsets.
Rooms not cleaned daily or even more than when we got there. Elevator didn't work, room was on 3rd floor. Short staffed & dining was very limited or shut down early. Employees complained about working multiple shifts just to try & accommodate some diners. Complaining, complaining, complaining!!!
