Great location
Publié le 8 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was exactly what we needed to explore the area. The house was the perfect amount of space and had what we needed. The kids loved playing in the yard and a short distance to the beach and the Porcupine mountains. We loved the area.

Porcupine Place is the place to stay
Publié le 24 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayIn Ontonagon, there won't be a better place for the price than Porcupine Place. The home is cozy with it's remodeled updated look, the property and location is great! Our host gave clear and simple instructions for check in.
Oh, and it's so close to the State Park.

Home to hike from

I had some trouble figuring out the thermostat at first but there was a heater in the one bedroom and the bathroom. Great proximity to the North Country Trail and the other trails in the Porkies. A very pleasant stay.

Great Home Base

Went out hiking and were never far from the house, multiple places to get to the lake. Home was well stocked and clean. There's an IGA a few minutes up the road so you can grab groceries. Overall, highly recommend and would definitely return.

Great home base for touring the area.
Publié le 10 août 2024 sur HomeAwayVery nice place that was clean, comfortable and had all the comforts needed. Beds very comfortable. Ample towels. Plenty of seating. Had several outdoor activities in the yard and plenty of games indoors for families. Just 10-15min from town and area activities.
