The staff was friendly, and the facility needs an upgrade. It was easy to travel to my place of business from the hotel.

You get what you pay for. And this one is cheaper than anything else on this exit. Solid crappy hotel for if you are working out of town and on a serious budget.

There were ants in my room but they weren’t bad so I just got ant traps from Walmart and it seemed to take care of them. They offered to switch my room but I’m not scared of a few sugar ants and what if the new room was worse? The room was also a non-smoking room but smelled like cigarette smoke and had a burn mark in the bedspread. When I reported it the next morning so I wouldn’t get charged for the smell or damage, the front desk clerk was so insistent on changing my bedspread I finally just agreed. He wouldn’t take no for an answer. But the room still smelled so bad I kept my Maid of Honor dress at the bride’s house so it wouldn’t smell on her wedding day. All the staff was super nice and friendly. The older gentleman working the night I checked in had a great sense of humor. The place is old but you get what you pay for.

The manager of the property snatched by belongings away from me and accuses me of stealing his pillowcase that was brought with me by my child.
Brown recluse spiders.
Carpet torn. Door would not lock or functioning properly. Unreturned deposit of $50.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We did reverse the 50 incidental deposit on the card you provided to us, it takes 3 to 5 business days to come in you account. We did accuse you for the pillowcase because our pillowcase was in your hand field up with your stuff. If you didn't like the room why did you came to the office to ask for a refund or a room change? and don't forget you did ask for a late check out too. You never complain to all those stuff but you stiol stayed in the same room all night.
