First of all, it was disappointing. Despite having booking confirmation after reaching the hotel at check in time 0200PM , we were told that there was a technical error due to which the rooms are not available and we were asked to check in at another club mahindra property"Derby green".
On reaching Derby green, we were asked to pay for additional charges for child. But during booking on HOTELS.com the child was taken into account and charges paid for all three persons. So we had to contact customer care and after long communication, the resort agreed for no additional charges.
Further to above the room given to us was found very small without any natural light and poor ventilation. We requested the resort for another room which was denied. Again customer care was contacted and after long communication between customer care and top brass of Club mahindra resorts reservation team, we were given another bigger room which was far better.Finally we settled down in the room by 0600PM
The attitude shown by resort reception desk in above issue was not at all welcome and totally disappointing.The co-operation and support given by HOTELS.com customer care was enormous and thank you very much in assisting us.
