We stay at Comfort hotels often and this was a terrible disappointment. The couch in our room was absolutely filthy, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was hanging like it was going to fall at any second, the room overall felt cringy. The person working at the front desk could not even stand up and greet us. Will not be staying there again.

Best sleep ever.
My son and I were traveling from South Carolina to Louisiana when I got really sleepy and decided to cut our travel off on Saturday. I booked Comfort Inn last second as I was pulling off the exit. It was clean, the front desk lady was super sweet, and the bed was SUPER comfy. It was very quiet even to be right near the interstate. We slept the best sleep we’d had in weeks!

Room was very old. Carpet wasn’t vacuumed around bed, hair in shower. Couldn’t get towels - front desk literally told us they had no more after no one came in to clean our room or replace towels. Definitely would not stay there again.

When we checked in, we were given a hotel that was extremely dirty. The room smelt a cigarette smoke as soon as we open the door. The carpet was extremely nasty and it appeared that it had not been vacuumed. After going to the front desk, and informing them of these issues we were moved to another room. The second room again was BOT. It had not been vacuumed. It was a beer top on the floor under the bed, there were also peanuts under the bed and again this room also smelled of cigarettes smoke however, it was not as strong as the first room.

Our 1 night stay was fine. Bed was comfortable and clean, which is the main thing. They did have a remote control that was easy to clean with a disinfecting wipe, but they didn't provide the wipe, I happened to have one. The breakfast was pretty basic. Frozen pre-made omlets, instant oatmeal packets and a waffle maker. No toppings available. It was rught off the interstate that we needed though, so overall ok.

Had a one night stay here and it was nothing special. I wouldn’t call it bad but there could be some improvements made. One of the bathroom lights didn’t work, the curtains were broken and the hair dryer wouldn’t work. When my wife went down to the desk with her wet hair to see about a new hair dryer, nope. And wouldn’t let her use one in an empty room. Room was basic and clean enough. Beds were fairly comfortable. Probably done with comfort inn after the last two we’ve stayed in.
