Front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. The motel is old and just didn't feel clean.

Visiting Auburn
Publié le 29 sept. 2024 sur HotelsWe were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and service at this hotel. We visit the area often to our daughter who is a student at Auburn.we have passed this hotel up many times but nothing else was available- we will definitely stay again.

Do not waste your money!!
Publié le 22 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe first room they gave us was disgusting. There was trash on the beds, trash in the beds, trash on the floors and shower. Also, there was NO fire alarm hooked up in the ceiling. There was a place for one but it was not there. Unacceptable and I honestly cannot believe they let us even see that room. I went to the front desk because I wanted my money back. All they could do was give us another room because we booked from Hotels.com. So, we chose to look at another room. It was atleast clean. So, we stayed. The rest of the property looked run down. It was pretty sketchy surrounding it. Also, I went to get coffee in the morning. It was out and no one was around to ask for more. Needless to say, it was not a good experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid.

Dirty. Extremely poor repairs. Shower curtain fell down during a shower. No smoking room smelled like cigs. Will not stay here again. Rip off!!!

Lady at the front desk was overwhelmed by the day being the kick off of college football season and the large amount of check outs and the cleaning service being behind. She was extremely polite and tried to help everyone, while the other lady that was there was looking at laptop, and not trying to help at all
