It was difficult to find the actual entrance at night due to work barrels blocking the view of the drive. When we pulled in there were 2 people sitting at a table, 1 had her feet on top of the table. As I entered she loudly asked "You got a reservation? " I said yes. She paused from her phone conversation a moment and asks "Single room?" I replied "No a double". She then gets up to go to the counter continuing her phone call I don't think she even looked at my ID laying on the counter. She put the key on the counter. Still on her call. I asked her for the room number and which side it was on. She seemed to be bothered by the questions saying "Room ### and its on that side" and back to her conversation she went. As I left the gentleman at the table said have a nice stay. I don't even think he worked there. As for the room at least it was clean.

Publié le 9 juill. 2024 sur HotelsOverall great on the hotels part. As far as Hotels. Com they messed my reservation up I had to upcharge to get my right room I didn't get any credit, hotels.com charged me way more and I ly said I paid a less amount than what was told to me. Hotels.com is A JOKE!

Worst hotel stay
Publié le 12 mai 2024 sur HotelsAs we entered to the hotel, the lobby smelled like straight weed. You only get 1 key. The room was not cleaned. The room smelled dirty and musty because the air was turned off. We had to move the bed against the wall because we traveled with our baby so you could tell they didn’t vacuum underneath the bed as well. We went to call room service because we only had 1 pillow for the bed and the phone was disconnected and then we had to go downstairs and get them ourselves. The bathroom didn’t have an air vent. The fridge didn’t work. They never came and cleaned or restock the room through out the 3 days we stayed there so only 1 toilet paper. It was not a good experience, definitely would not recommend to stay there.

Front desk staff was nice. Entire building is extremely outdated. Zero amenities to mention. While checking for bedbugs (there were none) I noticed it didn’t look like it had been vacuumed/cleaned in years. Possibly not since the place was built.

Drain full of hair that wouldn’t drain. Room smelled like a hamster ball. Dirt in every corner. Floor was sticky. Lights didn’t work. Stained towels.

Do not stay here
