Opulence in Ōpunake

Welcoming and comfortable
Publié le 24 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayI stayed Friday to Monday (3 nights) and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The house is clean and tidy, everything is easy to find and it's well-equipped. It's literally a stone's throw from the beach.
There are modern conveniences and contemporary decor but house still has it's 1920's character, right down to a claw-foot bath and the loo positioned in the washhouse near the back door.
Having no internet connection is great if you want a break from the online world to enjoy your holiday in peace, but there's still digital TV if you're so inclined. Step back in time, and relax. You'll love it.

Third time back!

Relaxing retreat
Publié le 22 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayA wonderful place to kick back and sew up a storm for a week. Without YouTube I got an amazing amount accomplished, and still had time to walk the Opunake trail, visit the beach and frequent the fantastic local cafes. Definitely recommend.

Top Notch Place!
Publié le 30 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis place was an absolute delight to stay at. Amazing house, had all the bells and whistles, and the gas fireplace was to die for! Really comfy, the kitchen had everything you need, great privacy, amazing stay overall. Would definitely come and stay here again.
