Convenable, sans plus

Mais ne vous fiez pas trop à la façade...
L'intérieur (hall) est très bien.
Par contre, la chambre était vieille, la douche était d'une autre époque avec des fuites importantes sous la baignoire. Une seule prise électrique utilisable dans la chambre.
Heureusement, des travaux sont en cours. Cela a géné le séjour mais devrait permettre d'améliorer les choses à l'avenir.

Not a 4 star hotel AT ALL !! - Do not go there !!

The toilet had traces of ... in it.
The flusher was crooked and you could see a hole in the wall.
The toilet paper holder was crooked and fell appart when used.
The bathtub had weird traces on it and leaked.
There was only one bathrobe in a room booked for two people.
SERVICE : WORST service ever
- We arrived at 2PM and were told to wait an hour for check-in, without trying to see if our room was already available.
- We left our luggage there: it was not put in the luggage room advertised on their website, but against the wall, beside the reception counter, very visible for anyone in the hall. No security at all.
- At check-in, we were told the pool was open for another hour : when we got there, the pool had been emptied and was being cleaned. When we complained about it, the receptionist told us she had only gotten the information just after we went upstairs. Then she said that the pool was cleaned every Thursday. Which meant she had just lied to our faces. We booked that hotel specifically for the pool and we were not happy about the way things were conducted. No discount or compensation of any sort was ever offered by the hotel. It's absolutely unacceptable at a supposed 4 star hotel.
- Even though we said we were leaving before 6AM, no one told us anything about the early breakfast, offered from 4:30AM to 6:30AM, we had to read about it in the room. They didn't want to be bothered with it.

Hotel sans âme, mais confortable

Très bel Hôtel
Publié le 20 août 2014 sur HotelsUn hôtel immense très somptueux mais un peu trop guindé. La chambre dispose de nombreux services tel que le minibar avec un choix diversifié. Le personnel très professionnel et agréable. Le centre ville est à 15 min, avec un grand choix de magasins et de restaurants.

We had to wait few minutes to check in our room because there was only one staff in the hotel front despite the group tourists were checking in.

It’s like a time travel to the 80’s in terms of decor and facilities. Except for AC which thankfully has been working well. Wifi was very very weak, had to use eSIM and buy more data to hotspot. Gym closed long time ago. Pool half filled with water. There was some youth sports team staying at the same time in the hotel and staff were clearly overwhelmed at breakfast. Tables stacked with dirty dishes, no clean mugs, coffee machine out of milk. It took an hour after the sports team left to bring the breakfast area to some sort of order. Selection of foods at the buffet very average. Definitely not worth 60 lei. We went to Botanic restaurant across the river and had a very nice breakfast for the same price. There are toiletries in the bathroom but bring your own hair conditioner, they don’t provide that. They say they change bedsheets and towels every 2 days or as needed, but our bedsheets were not changed during the 5 nights we stayed. Towels were changed. They also say that bottled water is provided but that was only one bottle on the arrival day, never replenished. It’s a very basic hotel.
