The Space:
Well though studio yet offers everything that you would need for 3 guests to enjoy a stay at our property. On the right side , as you enter you will find a spacious bathroom with all the necessities and nice touches like a makeup table. Once you walk inside you will find a large double bed as well a sofa bed that can easily be turned into a comfy bed for the third guest. Fully equipped kitchenet which has direct access towards the welcoming balcony.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire property and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm !

The Neighborhood:
Our amazing apartments is perfectly located in one of the largest emerging areas of our City. You can find nearby everything that you could wish for, starting your day with delicious cafes , amazing restaurants, places to enjoy shopping as well an extremely generous super market.

Getting Around:
Public transport like tram can be easily reached , around 200 meters away while the location of the property offers easy access throughout the whole city.

Other Things to Note:
- The flat capacity is for 3 people, no additional guests allowed.

- Government ID will be collected through a check in from before arrival for security reasons

- Finally, please be eco-friendly and turn off all the lights and electrical appliances (such as heaters, TV , oven ) when you leave the apartment!
