Had issues with the door not staying locked and had issues with the master bathroom faucet. Reported to host and didn’t get response until after I was home which was days later from reporting it.

Disappointing

Super dated and bit beat up looking Stains on cabinets, walls, ceiling Pealing paint in showers and black spots, faucets seem corroded and water sprays everywhere Glass around kitchen island broken and sharp Master mattress old, uncomfortable, dips Entire box spring displayed is tacky Pillows were paper thin and old and stained. Had to use couple blankets layered because so thin. Sheets were scratchy. Fan in master made constant loud noise. Eventually had to turn it off so we could sleep Towels in bathroom seem old and felt like sandpaper. Inside couch and chair covers were stained….never sat on them. Balcony furniture was super stained and chairs around table were moldy looking and ripped. 10 digit code for door i can get but seemed excessive and definitely not remembering that without walking around with phone and piece of paper. Definitely would never stay here again or recommend.

Condo

Huge parking problem have to park across the street. Condo needs repairs/updating. No info left regarding operation of TV or WI-FI had to call agency. Still couldn’t get bedroom TVs to work. Guest bedroom noisy from bridge traffic & annoying outside light. Great balcony and views, just steps from beach!

Mold in bedroom

We did not realize it when we arrived at the condo that there was mold in the 2nd bedroom. The ladies that slept in there on our first night were throwing up the next morning. There was mold on the mattress! I contacted Vacasa at 5:30 a.m. and told them. Then after waiting all day for someone to either move us or someway get us a new mattress we had to stay there another night and were transferred to another condo the next day. We packed everything up and when we got to the new condo we used the key code and saw that it was already occupied. They sent us to a condo that was already booked! Thankfully we are honest people and fortunately no one was in the room when we walked in. Then we had to wait on the balcony of that condo for 3 hours before Vacasa finally found us a 3rd condo to move to. This was the 1st and last time I will ever use Vacasa for a vacation in Orange Beach.

Amazing Spring Break For All!!

From the moment we walked into our condominium we were all taken back by the amazing views! The online description was completely accurate. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and then some. We will for sure be back next year to stay again!!!
